Our Story

After 1 year of recipe development we created the most delicious, crisp, melt in your mouth meringue bite on the market.

It was paramount to us that our product was delicious, made from real eggs, 

supported local farmers and created employment in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

With these goals, and a vision for excellence we launched our range of Pavlovas and meringues into the retail space.

It has been a tough journey, but very rewarding, and we have upskilled a dream team of self-motivated individuals along the way!
